Newleaf exists to turn overwhelming home and life transitions into calm, safe, and dignified experiences by handling the “stuff and steps” with dignity and discretion.
We help seniors, adult children, and families navigating complex home transitions, especially when there is too much to handle, not enough time, or too many moving parts. Whether you are planning ahead, trying to age in place safely, overwhelmed by clutter, or sorting a loved one’s home after a loss, we meet you where you are and help you move forward step by step.
We listen first to clarify goals, timelines, priorities, and what matters most.
We create a clear plan with options, next steps, and a realistic path forward.
We sort, organize, and set up simple systems that make progress feel doable.
We do the work and coordinate the moving parts so nothing falls through the cracks.
We close the loop with a clear wrap-up and no loose ends.
For many seniors and families, it is not just a move. It is decades of belongings, memories, and identity, plus the emotional weight of making hundreds of decisions and the physical strain of getting it done. A Move Manager brings calm structure, respectful pacing, and hands-on support so families are not left carrying it alone.
Relocation can be deeply stressful, especially when routines, environment, and independence change. Our role is to reduce that strain with a calm plan, clear communication, and finish strong follow-through.
Newleaf is Wyoming’s first NASMM member, and Crystal Vinole is Wyoming’s first and currently only NASMM Senior Move Manager® Certified (SMM-C).
Clients appreciate the blend of calm and clarity. Crystal helps people slow down enough to make good decisions while still keeping progress moving with a plan, so important items are not missed, memories are handled with dignity, and the work gets finished. Newleaf exists because she saw how often families are left trying to do all of this alone, and she wanted there to be a better way.
